How it works in practice

1. Fill the beaker with the right amount of water and wipe dry the surface for a clean start.
2. Attach the filter cloth by snapping the hook onto the top seat glass jar.
3. Position the top holder on the flask at a slight angle to set the stage for steam-driven movement.
4. Heat the water until it reaches about 95°C, then press the upper holder downward to push water through the system and lift it to the top seat. Add coffee powder, then stir briefly to begin extraction.
5. Stir at 20 seconds and again at 50 seconds to ensure even contact between water and grounds.
6. After a brief pause, remove the alcohol lamp and gradually pour water from the beaker while releasing the top holder. Return the brewed coffee to the beaker as it flows down.
